I am Ivan Bayiga, a software engineer working at the intersection of product thinking, systems design, and careful execution.
I like the early, unclear part of a project: the moment when a team knows there is a meaningful problem but not yet what the answer looks like.
My work moves between product strategy, interface design, and the infrastructure underneath. I care about the seams because that is where most software becomes either quietly excellent or quietly painful.
